Sometimes we all need some words of encouragement or inspiration. In just one instant you can make a difference in your day or someone else's. We pray that "insta-graham" gives you the insight that you need, or maybe some helpful words to pass on to a friend. May the Lord bless you and keep you today.

Just in case you haven't taken the opportunity to do so... send your teachers and educators a great big "THANK YOU".

It is WAY too easy these days to talk about what teachers SHOULD be doing or HOW they should be doing it. Or to criticize the school systems for the ways classes are structured or for the decisions that they make or for repercussions that are set in place.

My encouragement to you is this... love with grace.

Nobody likes to be scrutinized over EVERY LITTLE THING. Yet we jump at the opportunity to do it to someone else. Why? Because our ideas and opinions are soooo much better. Right? That's where this concept of grace comes into play. We may not agree with everything our educators and schools are doing (and I'm not even talking about from a COVID standpoint!), but we should be willing to extend some grace. Teachers, school staff, administrators... they are doing what they chose to do. To take on the challenge of working with students in various ways. Accepting the challenge to instruct and counsel our students. And lets be honest... students don't always make things easy for teachers to begin with. Perhaps we should choose to be grateful.

So PLEASE, deliver a much deserved "thank you" every chance you get. Extend all the grace you can. And ask how you can help. Chances are, our teachers could use it.

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;

I will counsel you with my loving eye on you."
